Ithaca Fisheries was established in 1988 and is among the oldest integrated fishfarmers in Greece, based in the Makria Pounta peninsula, on the southeastern tip of historic Ithaca Island. The company operates one of the largest private hatcheries in the country and two sea parks for fattening. Fixed assets amount at 8mio euros.

Our products have a unique position in the local and European markets, renowned for their freshness, color and taste. The deep blue of the Ionian Sea provides with ideal conditions for intensive fishfarming; to these conditions we owe our top products gilt-head seabream, vividly colored seabass and the pioneering Pagrus Major.
