Infrastructure

Our infrastructure and production capacity have multiplied in the past few years.  Our two sea parks are adjacent and no further than 500 yards from processing and packaging, which makes us a lot more efficient in retaining top quality and freshness after harvesting.  This is a rare setup and, together with being 2 hours sailing time away from Patras port, the sole hub for exporting fish in bulk from Greece, or 5 hours from Athens International Airport, it assures unparalleled freshness.  We have been operating our hatchery and fattening units for decades, retaining a high standard of professionalism and know how.
Ionian Sea’s remote seashores and deep seabed (upto 300m deep at sea parks’ anchorage), ensures highly disease proof production, as opposed to most other crumbled sea parks with high capacities, densed populations, high temperatures and enclosed waters.  Our units’ remoteness is coupled by the hatchery’s sheer size, allowing for low density populations and largely avoiding slow growth or infections.
